Learn to make two different flavors of this classic Italian dessert. You will create layers of savoiardi (ladyfingers) dipped in rich coffee and a creamy mixture of eggs, mascarpone, and sometimes whipped cream. We will also make a delicious Raspberry – Lemon version! We will cover the various techniques and ingredients used in different authentic recipes, such as the use of liquors.
