A lifelong devotee of the culinary arts, Bird Honeycutt has been preparing food for the masses since childhood. With a background that ranges from high-end Deli management in Midcoast, ME, to training under Chef Sarah Schafer in Portland, OR, to professional event planning and catering here in the Tri-Cities region (and many experiences in between!). Bird always craves a new culinary challenge and believes that the marriage of technique and creativity is vital to anyone’s success in the kitchen.
