Sarah Wennogle will offer a rejuvenating vinyasa flow incorporating reflective moments to set positive intentions centered around growth, well-being, and mindfulness. For the post-yoga gathering, we will offer a light and nutritious high tea featuring herbal teas such as Chamomile, peppermint, lavender, fresh fruits, and wholesome finger foods.
