We will make two Poke Bowls in this class; one with sushi-grade fish, and the other will be vegetarian. Learn how to master the art of building layers of flavor in a restaurant-worthy poke bowl using fresh, high-quality ingredients and easy-to-master techniques. Robust sauces and a quick pickled cucumber will also be on the menu!

Vietnamese street food! A fabulous combination of contrasting flavors and textures, fresh vegetables with flavorful lemongrass marinated chicken, pork, shrimp, noodles, and herbs doused in a mild nuoc cham sauce. A tofu version will be offered as well. Light, fresh, and bursting with flavor!
